RETURNS
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for free.
To initiate any return or shipping claim with REDO, the main click on Redo Package Protection they manage our returns even if you did not purchase the protection. To make a claim visit https://theshoelada.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. You Can send your damaged products to the attention of Preciado Professional Services Inc. at P.O. Box 1917, Clovis, CA 93613-1917. Please include the name the order was placed in, the order number and your currect contact information so that you can be contacted.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your return.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion if the item being returned does not meet our policy criteria.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Items must be "open box" complete with all original packaging. Exceptions will be made if the packaging was accidently discarded. Packaging will be considered poly bag, product boxing.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if a product was not delivered or a damaged has been returns through 1 of the 2 options provided above. We do not provide refunds for products not received due to theft after products have been shipped. You will need to contact your local police location to make a official police report.
FORM OF PAYMENT
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. TheShowlorios Inc. reserves the right to issue a store credit instead of a refund based on each individual customer scenario.
